The traditional headquarters of the Second Alarmers has seen many facelifts over the years.  Located at 307 Davisville Road in Upper Moreland Township, the units assigned here handle EMS calls in Upper Moreland and Abington Townships, and parts of Upper Dublin Township. Also based at this station are the Rescue Service, which handles vehicle rescue and non-fire rescues in Upper Moreland Township and Hatboro, and the Special Service units which handle fireground rehab to all the fire companies served by Second Alarmers.  Formed in 2006, the Marine Rescue unit is also housed at the Willow Grove Station.  "381" is used to designate Willow Grove Station EMS units, whereas support units and special detail vehicles bear the "380" radio designation. Administrative staff, billing operations and the Line Officers are housed at this headquarters building.
