NEO (New Employee Orientation)

What is NEO?

NEO was devised to address three areas:

  1. provide an organized process to evaluate the large number of applicants interested in employment,

  2. provide objective testing of new applicants, and

  3. standardize a quality training program for new hires so that they can become successful additions to our family.
